Lohipihvit frying in a pan!

 

Lohipihvit | Salmon Burgers

1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon

.5 cup dry bread crumbs

1 egg

2 teaspoons lemon pepper (or add other seasoning as you like)

2 tablespoons oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open and drain can of salmon over a bowl in a colander.

2. Carefully remove spine bones and other large noticable bones throughout.

3. Crack egg into bowl and wisk with a fork.

4. Add de-boned salmon to egg mixture.

5. Combine salmon and egg with bread crumbs and seasoning using a fork.

6. Add back just enough canned salmon liquid so that the mixture is just able to stick together.

7. Heat large, oiled skillet over medium-high heat.

8. Form patties from mixture and place them in the pan.

9. Cook until crispy on underside and then flip to cook fully on the other side.

10. Place cooked patties on a serving plate and serve with sauces — bun optional.
